In this uphill road we call life, I have personally experienced god’s hand
on my head. I feel his hand guiding me in my path. Takes me through safer
roads and trails and protects me from loss of not just wealth but
unhappiness. Happiness is more precious than money. God has helped me to
keep my self respect and dignity intact and has taught me to keep my
happiness in my control. Spiritual teachings have taught me the tricks
needed to stay content and blissful. This is a big Welcome to the
Universe. Come and join us and experience this infinite peace and

I am 70 up in age. Ten years ago, I was very sad and depressed as I lost
my daughter. Then my niece who was in contact with the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga centre invited me to join her for the basic course. The lessons
taught here helped me to find and recognise my inner self. The fact that
each one of us is an independent actor gave me inner strength to recover.
Though it took me time to heal myself, today I can say that I feel more
younger then ever and it is unbelievable the way I have become active in
my social work of helping my country in different ways.

Wow, what a great spiritual connection in your very inspiring animation.
After many interesting years of spiritual introspection, cleansing and
looking within my inner being I have pleasantly discovered the real me.
I’m now humbly overwhelmed and certainly enjoying the way forward with
God constantly by my side.

At the age of 52 I suffered a  dark night of the soul experience which
took me into a locked ward  in mental hospital having tried to take my
life 3 times.No treatment  helped and for  a year and a half I was unwell.
A friend  sent me a little book called acceptance, in it it  said let God
be in the driving seat and you be the passenger. I had a little
conversation with God, which went somethng like this, I cannot fight this
illness any more you are the driver I am the passenger I accept the
journey with total trust in you.Within 4 weeks  God put in place all the
tools I needed to heal. All the right help and support came into my life
one of which was meditation. The message that I was a soul, was a
revelation to me.I have had a magical journey which has taken me to work
with Dr.Patch Adams bringing love  kindness and laughter to the world.I
have been blessed to have  the support and love of the Brahma Kumaris
whose work in the world inspires me.I feel I am an instrument of God’s
love in a very funny way as a laughter therapist.The message I give is how
beautiful we all are which is what I discovered through meditation the
lovely qualities of the soul that I am. I feel God’s power and protection
in silence which enables me to be  a lighthouse for others.I am very
grateful for God’s power and protection.

This is not my own story,I just read it recently. Its about a 19 year old
boy who went home after a party.He was quite drunk and tired and so he
lied down in the middle of railway tires and fell asleep. Soon the fast
TJV train (this was in France) arrived, the driver could see the boy lying
there on the tires but he could not stop the train because of high speed.
After 800 metres the train stopped. The staff from the train went out,
frightened about what had happened. They found the boy on the tires -
still sleeping - he had not noticed anything. They called the ambulance
and he was brought into hospital to detox. He did not have the slightest
injury. Must have had a good protection Angel.

Since childhood, I just feel God is always with me. He knows me well and
gives me all what I need at the right time or takes out from me when there
is something else better. Sometimes I ask myself if that´s all about
destiny, but since I learned Raja Yoga meditation He is just present all
the time. Small things that come into my mind - that only He knows - get
the answer or solution through a discussion, through someone else or
through a situation.

I never have special visions or anything out of normal but people are
often surprised about my strength in life, my outcomes as they see I pass
through hard times, have many responsibilities and do more service for
God. Actually, it´s all His job through me. I always have a smile and show
no tension outside and that´s only because I really feel Him next to me
and learned how to connect to Him. *
