The Nov. 18 program in Davao City was for participants at a national training course on mainstreaming gender concerns in energy and energy-related projects.
It was particularly helpful for those coming from Manila, as their Nov. 21 return flight was delayed from 7:10 PM to 9:30 PM. Their knowledge of Om shanti was especially helpful in keeping their peace of mind and remaining calm, given the situation.
